Prevent file deletions error or not. #4256

The Issue*

I need all of the generated files in order to solve an indexing problem. Setting latex-workshop.latex.autoBuild.cleanAndRetry.enabled to false doesn't seem to make any difference. Nor does latex-workshop.latex.autoClean.run to "never. Same with latex-workshop.latex.autoBuild.cleanAndRetry.enabled to false. If there are other switches, I've missed them. As it is, the workshop deletes everything except .pdf, .gz, and .tex. As you know, indexing builds several files as well as latexmk's general .log file.
