@cbbos Did you rename RU.efi to bootx64.efi? Or you boot to shell first then run ru.efi?
Yes I renamed to bootx64.efi. I have experience running on a 2021 notebook. But it doesn't work on 2022 notebooks. Always black screen.
I can try that too. But can you boot to shell and run ru.efi manually?
Not sure how to get into the shell and run RU. I am now looking for information on this. Or can you give me a brief explanation?
Go download Shell.efi and rename it to bootx64.efi just like what you did for ru.efi.
It will boot to shell, then run ru.efi.
Ok, I've tried shell to run ru.efi manually. It stays black screen. And there is a white ➖ hover in the upper left corner.
I created usb boot, and disabled secure boot, it's always a black screen and doesn't seem to boot properly. I tried the latest RU, and an old version. They are the same.
