README.md with install instr #5

README.md with install instructions will be added back to "stableish" branch (the one linked to steam.) Somehow went missing, while exists in SRHK and SRR branches.

There is going to be at least one person wondering where to get the zip file.

  1. Should the links to the dropbox and "steamworkshopdownloader" be removed. my steam client does not recognize the steamworkshopdownloader as an official site... the dropbox site stuff works, but apparently is out of date and requires downloading stuff from dropbox which made changes to chrome and forced yahoo as my search engine... >:\

  2. Pull request 1: Also added brief set up instructions for those who want to actual help with the debugging. I'm offering to help with the noobies. Feel free to dump this if afraid will add too many noobies. (Don't know what kind of traffic these things bring...)

  3. Pull request 2: Also added instructions I hope will help with the issue you mentioned with the zip file.
