Error during the installation [BUG] #124

When I start the setup and proceed to installation, always an error named 2503 occurred. Below, I did upload a screenshot when the error appears:

This error occurred with both version of software Universal.x86.Tuning.Utility.V2 and Universal.x86.Tuning.Utility.Handheld.V1.

Would you guys can help to fix it?

And, thanks a lot for this project, it's very impressive e usefully.
