Describe the bug
The profiles do not work while being on battery.
So applying the Eco mode (from quick profiles) while the laptop is plugged in makes the CPU wattage around 5~6.2 watts, But when I unplug the Laptop (still having Eco mode applied) the CPU wattage goes way up. The program is applying the selected mode (in this case Eco) to the program while being on battery. This should however work.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Click on quick profiles and select ECO
Unplug the charger from laptop
Expected behaviour
To keep limiting the CPU between 5~6.2 watts while being on the battery
