[FEATURE REQUEST] Add Core Performance Boost option #166

AMD CPUs seem to stay at base clocks when Processor Performance Boost Mode is set to Efficient Enabled, Efficient Aggressive, Aggressive at Guaranteed, or Efficient Aggressive at Guaranteed.

The above Processor Performance Boost Mode states work as intended when Core Performance Boost is manually enabled.

ZenStates is the only tool I could find which supports mobile CPUs and provides this option. ZenStates repository: https://github.com/irusanov/ZenStates
