[BUG] Weird high iGPU usage issue even after closing the programm #177

Describe the bug So I quit MSI Afterburner bc it somehow breaks my other programms. Undervolting due to heat issue of my ITX case. As far as I could remember, after hours of gaming when I was using MSI AB it was solid 70 celcius, now without is 76. So I decided to do it again.

Today I recalled the UXTU might be doing the same thing for my purpose, which is undervolting my GPU. So I opened the program and updated to newest version. Then set the voltage and clock according to my old MSI config. I decided to close it first (not minimized) and bench mark my non-undervolting performance. My PC starts to lag horriblly, the dwm and explorer process somehow using big amount of GPU(GPU 0, which supposed to be my iGPU) I can literally do nothing. reopen the UXTU and press the button to start, same laggy. (took about a minute to open) stop it, same laggy close it, same laggy. closed beowsers and etc, still laggy closed RunCat, still a bit laggy but the GPU usage seems better? (RunCat is a program simulates a tiny cat running, which represents CPU usage...cute eh?) During this whole process, nothing takes loads of CPU usage in my Task manager, only GPU usage. Restart PC solved it. dwm only takes like 0 - 1.5% GPU sometimes and not all the time
