[FEATURE REQUEST] Current settings summary on the home screen #184

...or somewhere. It's very strange to me that it's not possible to see a rundown of all the settings that make up the currently applied preset. The user needs to be able to easily tell what is set and how it differs from the norm to be able to make smart tuning adjustments. As it is, the only way to see your current adjustments it to go into the Custom editor and expand all the sections and look at each setting individually, scrolling laboriously past all the items that AREN'T modified. Even then, if you have a preset automatically load when launching the program, looking in the editor doesn't show any settings applied at all; all the boxes are unchecked and the Preset selector is blank AND the Windows notification telling you that your previous preset has been applied.... doesn't tell you what that preset is, so you really have no idea what's going on.

I propose a list of all currently applied settings right on the Home screen, as well as the name of the loaded preset, if applicable. Bonus points if we are also able to quick-adjust them from there instead of diving down into the settings tree.
