[BUG] dell latitude 5495 W/ Ryzen Pro 2500U GPU CLK not working #207

Describe the bug GPU CLK is dipping to 200mhz, hitting anywhere from 400-800mhz for 5 seconds then dipping again for another 5, without hitting temp limit despite setting min and max to 1100mhz and CPU to lowest min mhz.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour: 1)Use extreme preset on both charge and discharge in auto 2)Set Adaptive mode to 85C Max, 30W Power Limit, 1100mhz iGPU (both), min CPU to 1000mhz, polling rate 1

Additional context GPU Mem CLK/Infinity Fabric does seem to be able to force to 1200mhz

Min and Max CPU also doesn't seem to change in task manager
