[BUG] UxTU open and close like a flash #212

Describe the bug When I run UxTU after I install it, the program just shows like a flash and is gone. not even show in task bar or task manager

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Reinstall WIndows
  2. Instal UxTU
  3. Opening UxTU
  4. UxTU won't open.

Expected behavior I'm not sure, it used to work before but now it doesn't after I reinstalled Windows.

For now, I don't know what happened but I uninstalled the latest version and I read someone is ok while using the older version Universal x86 Tuning Utility V2.0.4 Stable. https://github.com/JamesCJ60/Universal-x86-Tuning-Utility/releases/tag/2.0.4
