[BUG] Processor performance boost mode is not working whenever open the software #218

Describe the bug Processor performance boost mode is not working whenever I open Universal x86...

By turning on the Processor performance boost mode, my cpu would eat 50W of power but whenever I open the software, it always locks to 30W no matter which preset I applied.
