Change profile based on battery percentage #75

For years I've used Power Scheme Switcher to automatically switch the Windows power profile to a low-power one when my battery gets low. I've set the maximum performance state of the processor to a lower value to keep the clock speeds lower. I've always set 100% when on power, 99% when on battery (disables any boost above base frequency), and a much lower value, such as 37% in the low power performance profile.

With this app, Universal Tuning Utility, having the ability to schedule power profiles to directly change the PPT of the CPU, this would be a much better solution since setting a power limit allows individual cores to boost higher when needed while keeping the power draw low, improving responsiveness and the user experience while power limited.

That switches the profile when the battery percentage is below a certain point. Also, another thing. The third automation for "System Resume" should be removed and the app should just re-apply the battery charge/discharge mode based on the power supply status.
