[BUG] Crash on startup #89

Describe the bug Crash on startup on windows 11.

To Reproduce

  1. Install using msi
  2. double click shortcut
  3. see interface for around 1 - 2 seconds
  4. crash to desktop

windows event log `Application: Universal x86 Tuning Utility.exe CoreCLR Version: 7.0.122.56804 .NET Version: 7.0.1 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
