User story

As a user, I would like to clone this repo and start using all of its features immediately. I would like to be able to run a single script that downloads everything I need, then presents me with a menu of all available features, so I can choose which ones I'd like to enable.

Bootstrap implementation

A copyable CMD that downloads the repo contents...
then launches a CMD file...
that launches a PowerShell script...
that displays the menu
