Dependencies tracking #13

In the readme there's a mention that the project is using Pipenv to track the dependencies, however I don't see the pipenv files in the repository. Were these files uncommitted? Or is there some other dependency management being used instead?

I believe that was something @NamibiaLT was thinking of. She created the readme.
