Description: Make sure the code in eliza.js is easy to follow by adding comments.

[x] Comment each function to explain what it’s doing.
[x] Add quick inline comments in any tricky or complex parts of the code.
[x] Double-check that the comments are clear and helpful (but not too long!).
[x] Push the changes to GitHub.
