Bug fixes -> operational in Wheezy #27

Just been working with this on two Debian Wheezy servers this afternoon, both with AP192 sound cards and stereo input/output. Haven't tested exhaustively, but worked perfectly with default Opus and PCM settings.

Excellent stuff - beat me to debugging the pipeline, was going to do that tomorrow! I'll do some more testing instead - I have a RPi+Wolfson setup to test on now...
