Small argparse help / logging verbosity changes #29

Will hopefully make the program a bit less terrifying for the 'average user'. Debug logging is enabled with the -v parameter, default options are all specified in argparse output automatically, and arguments that depend on other argument selections have their own groups.

Awesome set of changes, thanks! I'll do a minor release early next week for this and #28.
