I examined this dialog, the files there are working. But there is a problem with the files I shared in this question. The "playtime_string" and "playtime_seconds" fields are missing in the OGG file.

Also note the returned warning:

Ogg Theora (v3) not fully supported in this version of getID3
bitrate, playtime and all audio data are currently unavailable
