Great article as usual James, we are deep within the W2K19 USer Search setup and are starting to see some massive EDB Files due to search is this just something we'll have to live with (or exclude and manage the CPU hit but using WEM in VDA's) or are they are ways to manage the searh db size
Last I delved into this world, 2019 was pretty horrible still. Server 2022 seems to have a much better story with it, so it might be a quicker path to a win to look at migrating?

Yep that looks to be moving from Plan B to Plan A rapidly (lol) just need more UAT on the uplift. Few other changes but just wanted to make sure I wasnt missing any quick wins but looks like I'm not - thanks for the quick reply
Sorry I can’t be of much help on this one, that whole search issue felt like a monster uphill battle with gift after gift turning up with each patch… fingers crossed your uat goes ok and you can flick the magic switch
