NuGet Packaging and License #4

Hi James,

I really like what you started with this open source project. I have added automatic NuGet packaging and push to NuGet.org (using factorygirl@meinershagen.net account, although you can change that) so that others in the community can easily install the assembly for use within their projects. I also added a license (MIT) so that people can feel free to use the code without impunity.
