Added small section on using a Codespace to create a dev environment.

Sorry for the delay on this - very much appreciate the effort here, however I think what's written probably doesn't full cover how to get working with codespaces and might be a bit confusing for new users, so will respectfully close this for now. Happy to have a look at documenting how to use code spaces again in the future and would appreciate your input if you're able to. Thanks again for your input!
