We need to decide on what we will use to create our website.

The method that's been suggested is GitHub Pages, though as part of deliverable 4a, we will need to justify our decision.

Identify a couple of alternative options
Decide which one would be best for us
Write a short paragraph to justify this decision
Probably include a few references to the sources used (link to guide in the discord)
