Timer animation not synched to timer #14

Pretty subtle so I didn't notice before but it appears the animation always completes a second or two before the timer does. Will definitely need to fix something this bad before V1

Very odd issue, not sure why as they are meant to be equal but setting animation duration to 1.25 times the timer duration seemed to fix it for all times. Also confirmed that timer is definitely correct and both are now set to the correct interval
