Need to Install New vip for integration test #129

Right now the integration test from source just operates with the installed vip file.

We need to install the vip file so the source based integration tests are linked to the new version of the library.

No longer needed. Linked the integration tests to the source versions and included a build of them as part of the CI workflow.
