[x] Add Count Sensor for Current/Previous Week
[x] Add Count Sensor for Current/Previous Month
[x] Add Count Sensor for Best/Worst Month/Week
These will replace the yaml versions which seem to reset every reboot. I think I can do this with MQTT retain to maintain count upon reboot on sensor.
Will need to add JS to help determine end of month/week
