Move All MQTT Devices #105

I have a replication system for my MQTT Brokers I have a local instance of my broker and a cloud based version for backup.

Some of my earlier switches/sensors were configured for the DNS address of my broker and I have just this weekend experienced an Internet outage which brought this issue to light.

I need to move all sensors/switches to use local broker address and use MQTT replication to ensure states are the across both but in the event of internet outage all MQTT switches/sensors continue to function for Automations. Cloud solutions are not the winner
