Damn you IOS tasker works a treat for my phone.

Was thinking slack but the mrs won't like another msg app on her phone so maybe fb messenger does it message directly to her account or will she need to have another app?

ended up using pushbullet can send urls and files so will end up using to push security snapshots to phones also.
