Get smarter about the way I charge laundry appliances turn on when robovac changes state to finished and turn off when robovac battery is 100%

"Returning home" is the correct robovac state

Improved :) with robovac status driving the charging times making it more efficient and the power doesn't just turn on dumb for 2 hrs a night if it doesn't require to be on that long
