I found a better way to do this using Node-RED and HA Scripts for any IR commands (FTA and Pay TV Channel changes) Plus using Android TV has allowed me to have Foxtel, Kodi, Spotify, Youtube and Netflix all controlled from the same flow with Alexa integration.
