Xiaomi Fitness tracker into HASS #80

I think there is a way need to get fitness data into google fit and then use custom component to get data out of google fit.

Possible use cases.

track steps (reminders about exercise)
track sleep (automations around when I'm in bed)
track heart rate
use as presence detector (not really required as I already have 5 for myself alone but whats another input to improve accuracy)

Ok what a saga this was but managed to cobble it all together using a combination of google fit custom component, tasker and a 3rd party app called Notify & Fitness which helps with Mi Band 3 Integration. Full write up will be done in the Fitness Package very shortly.
