Add new Relay to Garage Door ESP #98

OK so I pulled a relay out I had lying around from an old irrigation pump project turns out it was 12v relay and I wasn't able to tap into 12v anywhere in the garage door opener. I have purchased a 5v powered and triggered relay will try again this weekend.

Added 12V relay, had a little trouble getting the door to operate due to using ms as the trigger time I moved out to 1 sec and it works like a treat. Will update repo in garage package for code used to automate door and update garage door repo with micro python code used to configure esp.
