New maintainer needed #25

I'm doing a poor job of maintaining this package, principally because I no longer use either Atom or Matlab, and I don't really have the skills to do more than run the conversion from the upstream TextMate bundle. If there's anyone willing to take over this project, they're more than welcome to.

I've created a language-matlab organisation which this repository can be moved to once a new maintainer is found.

Hi James, I've been pondering if this is something I could take over. To understand your proposal, is moving the repo to the language-matlab organization the only option you'd consider? Would you be open to moving this to another organization? Also are you planning to stay involved after the transfer?

As an FYI, the Atom package language-matlab-octave was recently updated to use a grammar published by MathWorks which addresses some of the syntax highlighting issues reported in this repo.
