Create new RESA2 parameters for filtered metals

The updated ICPW input template created for the 2022/23 call for data makes a distinction between filtered and unfiltered (= total) metals. The previous template just asked for metals, and it seems some Focal Centres submitted filtered data while others submitted total.

RESA2 does not currently have output parameters for filtered metals - all previously submitted ICPW data are assumed to be "total" and are linked to the unfiltered output parameters in RESA2.

I have already created new "methods" in RESA2 for the filtered metals, so the new data can be uploaded. However, these data are not currently exposed to users.

To do:

• Create RESA2 output parameters for filtered metals and link them to the relevant methods

• Review the historical data previously submitted by Focal Centres and decide whether they are total (in which case no changes are required) or filtered (in which case the methods should be changed).

I have created the new parameters and linked them to the relevant methods in RESA.

We still need to review the historical data to see what has actually been submitted in the past, but this is lower priority for now. At least the data should now be accessible.
