Run a Single Access Function through AWS Lambda

• [x] Create a hello world function, and test it.
• [x] Set this up with the AWS API Gateway, to run when you hit it.
• [x] Create a deployment package; then figure out how to get the access package into it. If it makes it easier (it will), turn off the geopandas dependency.
• [x] Post a tract geoid for chicago. Calculate some access. The output should be a json of access scores in the city.
  • [x] For testing purposes, just return the (already-calculated) times.
• [x] Cache results on (public) s3 and return a pointer/location, so people can flip between measures without recalculating.

It also occurred to me that AWS's "sign-up credits" are (or used to be) pretty generous. If you're willing to do this, you can sort out the permissions stuff (and control everything), and then we'll just revisit this when we flip it over to the production deployment. Let me know.

OK, this is the one we should focus on: upload the doctor populations for Cook County and validate that access call that reproduce what we get locally.

• [x] Slice out the doctors data for Cook County.
• [ ] Create a radio button + three drop-downs in in mmap. The radio button should flip between counties and cities. Selecting one should hide the others. Users can select counties within states. All this should be filled automatically.
• [x] Then upload Cook County and a "region of interest," and make sure the results match local.
• [x] Make some sort of progress or spinning thing that stop spinning when the s3 resources is finally available.
• [ ] Run several versions. Check that you can swap back and forth between cached/calculated results on s3, without re-running.
  • [x] Check s3 file settings for expiration times. We should know how to do this, but not necessarily set it, yet.
• [x] Shade mmap accordingly.
