Only takes 1 marked bill at a time #4

So I go to the washing machine - I have 5marked bills - its only taking 1 from the inventory and then all other washing machines are occupied. so Can't wash any more bills

You need to make sure all the marked bills are not stacked together in your inventory. Once you separate them into their own individual five slots it should take them all.
