ef-xxxxxx structures are protein drugs stabilized by attaching to an Fc (so that the FcRn recycling can be exploited). So this is just an Fc fragment with an other attached to each hinge:

X(1)-H(2:6){2}-CH2(3:7)-CH3(4:8)|X(5)-H(6:2){2}-CH2(7:3)-CH3(8:4)
This does render but the two halves of the Fc are a long way apart. If you then click tidy, it loses the interactions between the Fc halves.
