Another structure that doesn't render

X(1)-L(2)-VH.a(3:12)-L(4)-VL.a(5:10)-L(6)-X(7)|X(8)-L(9)-VH.a(10:5)-L(11)-VL.a(12:3)-L(13)-X(14)

This is a crossed scFv (i.e. two scFvs with short linkers such that VH of one interacts with VL of the other) - both having identical sequences and antigens. i.e.

VH.a(1:6)-L(2)-VL.a(3:4)|VH.a(4:3)-L(5)-VL.a(6:1)

which renders fine, but happens to have an X domain on both ends of each chain.

It renders now, but having some trouble getting the AbML for it

This is OK, but on the left wouln't it be more logical ifthe X connected to the VLa were at the top and the X connected to the VHa were at the bottom?
