Currently, this add-on just shows the last CA used in a given tab.

Two necessary improvements, either of which without the other would leave us little better than before:

Attach the icon to the tab's main_frame request
Sound the alarms if two CAs certify the same domain during a connection

Note that c68b3a79df7270e245b25069a6aff975281609f6 made some progress on this (it now only attaches to requests by the main frame, so you don't see it changing a thousand times for a thousand different background domains)
