The Steam Inventory panel in Payday 2 has a small box with shortcuts that allow you to inspect skins from all the marketable safes (with the exception of legendary skins) and allow you to navigate to the appropriate Steam market page to purchase either the skins or the safes. When Goonmod is enabled, this panel disappears.
