BLT Not Working #197

The game appears to be 100% vanilla. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling pd2, downloading various versions of the BLT, changed fullscreen compatibility, changed windows compatibility, made sure that my files are in the right spot, and read just about every guide I could find. I have tried the BLT in the past (maybe about a year ago) and it worked fine, but I don't know how I got it to work. I run Windows 10.

BLT is pretty much dead, try SuperBLT instead
