I cannot get the extension to download in Chrome (it appears to have worked correctly on my phone)

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Going to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions
2. Finding Chrome to Phone Extension
3. Clicking 'Add to Chrome?', then 'Install'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - that the extension would begin to download
Instead - the 'download' icon changes to 'checking...', and nothing happens.

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number 
(2.16.531.5  CL159515)
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ? No - problem is 
not with application on the phone, but with the web browser on my laptop.

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ? Yes, yes.

Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?

Yes, yes.

Please provide any additional information below.
