Using React Testing Library

Assertions:

[ ] No search results, links or search terms in the input appear on first page load
[ ] Loading state appears after clicking "Go" button
[ ] Searching eventually resolves to a list of links, "Profile does not exist" or "No links found"
[ ] Each link has a check status - pending and eventually resolves to a value (http status)
[ ] Starting another search clears the search results
