When users receive an update notification for a project, they are informed that a new version is available but do not receive details about what has changed. This request proposes enhancing the update notification to include a detailed changelog, particularly highlighting changes related to compliance benchmarks.

Currently, update notifications lack information on specific changes. This can be problematic, especially for compliance-sensitive projects. To improve this, the notification should include more details like changelog and marked rules.
