Too dark in area between Living Quarter and Mid Section. Lights wont affect it. #125

Trying to drop lights into the dark room won't do anything and the room remains dark. This needs to be illuminated or else the player pathing will be terrible. @msotolon

Issue fixed when lighting was built.
