Nav Mesh issue in the cockpit #135

Nav. Mesh issues in several areas including cockpit and boltbay. Adjusting the radius of the Nav. Mesh to a value too low breaks the navigation controls. @msotolon

edit: Temp. Work-around.... Adding blocking volume fixes the Nav. Mesh.
