Investigate how this happened.

I can't explain how this happened as both copies are returned by the file:sha1sig search. I'll copy the log below.

It seems like the Flickr search index can sometimes take a while to update. Which is perhaps not surprising. Interestingly I've only seen this with screen shots and WP emulator test shots uploaded privately. This goes for both file name and hash machine tag searches. I don't think I tested file name text searches.
