docs(dependencies): add docker image build step #48

Noticed that the dependencies.md docs missed a step in running the tests. You might think about adding a contributors.md file to just have all the stuff around style, etc. for this project in the one place :)

Thanks @5id, nice spot.

That file is generated when I run commit-release so, as you suggest, a contributors.md would be a good idea. I'll see if there's a way for that section of the dependencies.md to not be generated.
