Key Values For Datasheets In Each Module #8

Closed mscislo closed 10 years ago

The fields listed below for each module are the ones that should show in the datasheet view at the opening of each module. They are listed in the order that they should be shown.

At this time I do not know how much room we have to work with. Ultimately we will need to find a way to show the assigned to values for each task listed in the datasheet. For example payroll checks has 5 different assigned to values. My suggestion would be to show the assigned to value for the step that the task is currently on. This would apply to all modules that have multiple assigned to values.

Payroll Checks Client, Year, Pay End, Pay Date, Due Date, MI,

Payroll Taxes Client, Year, Period, last Pay, Return, Due Date, MI

Other Filings Client, Year, Period, State, Type, Form, Due Date, MI

Business Formation Client, Activity, Owners, Due Date, Status, MI

Accounting & Consulting Client, Consulting Category, Task Description, Due Date, Status

Financial Statements Client, Year, Month, Period End, Due Sate, Status, MI, CMI

Financial & Tax Planning Client, Category, Due Date, Status, MI

Notice Matter Correct

Notice Level Tax Year, Tax Form, Notice Number, Due Date For Response, Notice Status

POA Client, Tax Years, Tax Forms, Tax Matters, Status,

Tax Returns Client, Tax Year, Tax Form, Due Date, MI

Administrative Tasks Client, Category, Description, Due Date, Status

Communications Client, Caller, Brief Message, For, Due Date, Response Needed

Document Tracking Log Client, Sender, Description, Assigned To, Routing,

POA does not have an assigned to column; should we use Preparers? Can we rename preparers to 'assigned to' for consistency?

It needs to stay the same. That is a term from a real POA.

A POA is less of a task and more of a long term reference.

We should probably add a separate field for assigned to
