[BUG] Magmaw has no visual indicator for Blazing Inferno #1233

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

When magmaw casts blazing inferno there is no telegraph on the ground, the only indicator for where it lands is the meteor effect.

1.2. How to Reproduce

      {Describe the steps to reproduce the particular bug, in detail:
       1. Go into BWD
       2. Pull magmaw
       3. Wait until he casts blazing inferno

1.3 Source Material

How it should work: 25m method kill from OG cata

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

There should be a glowing flame circle on the ground that shows where he is going to cast blazing inferno.
